Online Transactions

Kindly note that by purchasing a Luchia product through our website, you are acknowledging and accepting our terms of use. Before your order can be processed and accepted, your payment must be received in full. Once this payment has been received, you will be notified immediately with an email to the address that you have provided during the placement of your oder. Luchia’s acceptance of your order is a legally bound agreement.

Availability

All Luchia products are subject to availability. If your ordered items are not available, you will be notified immediately and we will inform you when we can fulfil the order as soon as possible.

Faulty Items

We take every measure to ensure that your Luchia products will arrive to you in perfect condition. If you wish to return a faulty item, please visit the Returns page and fill out the contact form. Any items which have been returned as faulty goods will be inspected once received and we will replace the item subject to availability. If for any reason the replacement cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued to the original card used to purchase the order, with the value at the time of the purchase.

Tax/Customs Duties

Please note that we are not responsible for covering Tax or Customs Duties for goods. For any Luchia products shipped outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for paying the Import VAT, Customs duty or Excise Duty which may be required for the final destination of delivery.
