Shipping your order
As soon as you place your order and the payment has been received, your item/s will be shipped to you. Upon order confirmation, an email with a tracking number and link will be sent to you within 24 hours of shipment so that you can track the progress of the delivery at any time. Please note, that we are currently offering UK shipping only.

Cancelling orders
We will begin processing your order as soon as payment has been received, and usually cannot make any changes after the order has been confirmed. If you still wish to cancel or change your order in any way, please email us straight away at ([email protected]). If your order has already been booked, we can no longer redirect or cancel the shipment. You would still be able to return your order within 14 days if the original items have not been used or damaged in any way.
Shipping materials
Each Luchia product is boxed in recyclable packaging which has been printed with soy ink, as we believe in the goodness of plants. No chemicals are part of our process.
